This is how we ship, and how you send something back if it turns out not to fit. Calmly and without small print.
Shipping
Orders of 90 euros and over we ship within the Netherlands free of charge. Below that you pay a one-off 7.95 euros for shipping. To Belgium we charge 12.50 euros, and from 150 euros that shipping is free of charge too. We ship quickly and carefully: ordered before 22:00 on a working day is usually with you within 1 to 2 working days.
Within the Netherlands, DHL delivers your parcel. As soon as it is on its way we send you an email, usually with a tracking code you can use to follow your parcel.
Returns
You have 14 days to change your mind from the day your order arrives. You can send it back without giving a reason: report your return through the contact page and then send the item back within fourteen days.
The item must be unused, unwashed and complete and in its original packaging. Unpacking and looking is fine, just as you would in a shop. But bedding that has been slept in or washed we can no longer sell: it has lost its value entirely and you will not be refunded for it. So before you order, take your time over the size and the colour: measure your duvet, not your bed, and if you are between two sizes, choose the roomier one. If you cannot work it out, ask your question through the contact page. We are glad to think along with you.
You get the purchase amount back, including the shipping you paid when ordering. We pay within fourteen days of your notice, and we may wait until the item is back with us or until you have shown that you sent it.
The cost of sending it back is yours. If the fault is ours, for instance with a damaged or wrongly delivered item, we pay it. Let us know as soon as you can in that case, preferably within a week and with a photo. All the conditions are on the page Returns policy.
