Which duvet cover size do I need?
Measure your duvet, not your bed. Single is 140 × 200/220, double is 200 × 200/220 and king is 240 × 200/220. If you are between two sizes, choose the roomier one: it drapes better.
How do I wash microfibre and cotton sateen?
Both at 40 degrees with a mild detergent. Microfibre needs no ironing; cotton sateen looks its best if you take it out of the dryer slightly damp. No bleach and no fabric softener with sateen, that dulls the sheen.
What is a lazy duvet?
A duvet that needs no cover: the washable outside is the finish. Making the bed takes ten seconds, and you wash it in the machine as usual.
Which pillow suits me?
Side sleepers usually lie comfortably on a firmer pillow, back sleepers on medium, and front sleepers on a low, soft pillow. Memory foam gives the most shape, down the most give, and cooling pillows help warm sleepers.
How quickly is my order delivered?
Quickly and carefully: ordered before 22:00 on a working day is usually with you within 1 to 2 working days. Within the Netherlands we charge 7.95 euros and shipping is free from 90 euros; to Belgium we charge 12.50 euros and it is free from 150 euros.
Which carrier delivers my order?
Within the Netherlands, DHL delivers your parcel. As soon as it is on its way we send you an email, usually with a tracking code you can use to follow your parcel.
Can I send my order back?
