Below is what you may expect from us and what we expect from you when you order. We have written it as short and as plainly as we could. If there is anything you do not understand, do ask us through the contact page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These terms apply to orders you place with us as a consumer. Nothing here ever takes away your statutory rights. If a sentence below conflicts with the law, the law applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What we offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Prices on the site are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and you see them before you check out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do our best to get everything on the site right, but a mistake can slip in. If a price or description is clearly wrong, we are not bound by it. We will contact you before we send anything, and you may cancel the order free of charge. An ordinary price that disappoints you afterwards does not count, of course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How your order is made<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Your order is final once we have confirmed it by email. That confirmation says what you ordered, what you paid and where your order is going. Keep it; it is your proof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you do not get a confirmation, let us know. Something has gone wrong and there is no agreement yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You pay in the webshop, at the moment you order. Which payment methods are available you see at checkout. The payment runs through our payment provider; we do not see or store any account or card details ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We ship to the address you give when ordering. The page Shipping and returns<\/a> says what shipping costs and how long it usually takes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we unexpectedly cannot deliver within thirty days, you will hear from us and you may cancel the order. You then get your money back within fourteen days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Until the parcel reaches you, the risk is ours. If it goes missing on the way or arrives damaged, we sort that out. You do not have to argue with the carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cooling-off period and returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You have fourteen days to change your mind and may return your order without giving a reason. How that works, what it costs and when you get your money back is set out in full on the page Returns policy<\/a>. That page is part of these terms and we deliberately keep it in one place, so that two versions of the same story never exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If something is wrong with your order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

What you buy from us must be what you may reasonably expect: the right size, the fabric described, whole and usable, and it should last the way good bedding should last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If that is not the case, let us know through the contact page<\/a>, preferably with a photo. We look into it with you and repair, replace or refund. If something turns out to be wrong within a year of delivery, we assume it was already there on delivery; you do not have to prove that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not give a separate manufacturer’s warranty with a fixed number of years. That would limit your rights rather than extend them: how long something should last depends on what you bought, and with good bedding that is a long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wear from normal use is not covered, and neither is damage caused by washing or drying an item the wrong way. The label says how best to wash it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you are unhappy about something, let us know as soon as you can through the contact page<\/a>. We reply within one working day and tell you how long we expect to need. We do not put a complaint off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

What we do with your data is set out in our privacy statement<\/a>. In short: we use it to deliver your order and to reach you if something comes up, and we sell it to no one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which law applies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dutch law applies to our agreement. If you live in another European Union country, you also keep the consumer protection of your own country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we cannot work it out together, you can put the matter to the competent court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We may change these terms. For an order you have already placed, the version that was there when you ordered always applies. The bottom of this page says which version that is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is still to come here<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These terms apply from the first order we accept. The address, the Chamber of Commerce number and the VAT number above are final.
