You may send your order back within fourteen days without giving a reason. That period starts on the day you have the order in your home. If your order comes in several shipments, it starts on the day the last shipment arrives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the fault is ours, we pay it: with an item delivered damaged, wrong or incomplete, we arrange and pay for the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The shipping you paid when ordering, you get back. If you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard one, we refund the standard rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You may unpack the item and look at it as you would in a shop: feel what the fabric is like, check the size, hold the colour up against your bedroom. That does not cost you your right to send it back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you go further than you need to in order to judge the item and it loses value as a result, we may set that difference against the amount you get back. With bedding that means, in practice: items that have been slept in or washed we can no longer sell.<\/strong> Those have lost their value entirely, so you will not be refunded for them. Before you order, take your time over the size and the colour: measure your duvet, not your bed, and if you are between two sizes, choose the roomier one. We are glad to think along with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We pay back within fourteen days of your notice, with the same means of payment you used. There are no costs attached. We may wait to refund until we have the item back, or until you have shown that you sent it, whichever comes first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n That is not a change of mind but a complaint about the delivery, and different rules apply. Let us know as soon as you can through the contact page<\/a>, preferably within a week and with a photo of the item and the packaging. The sooner we know, the sooner we can report it to our supplier. If you tell us later, we will still help you: your right to a sound item remains, also after those fourteen days.
